A little about myself:

• I've been a Registered Nurse since 2008

• I am an internationally board-certified lactation consultant, the highest qualification in the field.

• I have personal breastfeeding experience with four children of my own, and it didn't come easy.

• I've experienced firsthand the value of good support, as well as the frustration that comes when someone isn't helpful.

I'm passionate about helping families thrive, and that starts with supporting parents in reaching their feeding goals—whatever they may be. Whether you're breastfeeding, pumping and bottle-feeding, combo feeding, or figuring out what works best for you, I'm here to help. My goal is for every mom to leave our visit feeling more confident, empowered, and supported. Breastfeeding is hard—you don't have to do it alone.
